What if your boss told you to gain 20 pounds of muscle and lose a third of your body fat? Most of us would end up in the unemployment line, but I will do what was told to prepare. Here are my tips for sculpting a six-pack--on a full stomach.
Eat More
I attribute my results mostly to nutrition, (See "What i Eat" below, for a sample menu.) I ate every 2 to 3 hours to burn more fat. Your body doesn't need to store fat for energy if you're feeding it all the time, Mix It Up.. I gained a lot more muscle mass when I went on creatine, also take L-glutamine, conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), whey, and a multivitamin.
Go For Bulk.. I don't have a personal chef, so i cook meals in advance. For instance, I'll make a large supply of Irish steel-cut oatmeal and freeze it. That way, the most important meal of the day requires the least work. Carve With Carbs.. Never do any of that carve-starve crap, . Instead, watch the clock. He ate most of his carbohydrates postworkout, and none after 8 p.m. Think About Yourself If you hate your workout, you're not going to do it. Customize your fitness plan to meet your needs. I found it "meditative" to do ab exercises first instead of last.
Meal plan
Breakfast 2 eggs, some "good" fat like a spoon of almond butter or slice of avocado, and 1 cup of oatmeal with applesauce
Midmorning snack protein bar
Lunch albacore tuna wrap or chicken and salad
Midafternoon snack protein shake (whey and water), protein bar, or apple and almonds
Dinner broiled fish or chicken, brown rice, vegetables, and salad
Evening Snack protein shake
Surf, eat, play and travel

A little Nike fun fact (swoosh)
In 1978, the Greek goddess of victory, Nike, lent her name to the once-tiny shoe company that would, in time, become the largest supplier of athletic apparel and shoes in the world. It wasn't until 1982 that Nike aired its first television advertisement. Until then, it relied only on print ads and "word of foot." In 1988, the most famous quote by Nike, "Just Do It," was named by Advertising Age as one of the top five taglines of the 1900s.
If you've ever wondered how the Nike quote, "Just Do It," came about, you need only look to the execution of Utah murderer Gary Gilmore in 1977. While in front of a firing squad of five, he was asked if he had a final statement. At 8:08 a.m. on January 17th, he uttered the words on which the most famous of Nike quotes would be based: "Let's do it."
And here's a little motivational quote from nike to motivate you through out the day:

Why I surf
People always ask me why I surf. Why am I so addicted to it. Well to start off when I was young I surfed because Kelly slated did it. I surfed because of the hype. I surfed because I got chics and got invited to these sick parties and events. And once I got all that it jus faded away and became stuff. But now thinking about it. It's about that feeling I get riding that wave. It's actually that first wave you ride that makes everyone comeback. It's like anything. If you did not like it on your first time your never gonna do it again. Like i Tryed baseball when I was young and I hated it and I never did it again. It just wasent for me... And in surfing. If you get a good wave your Hooked then and there. And You can't seem to leave it anymore. You jus wanna catch another wave . It's kinda like the mafia. Once your in. You Can't leave anymore. Haha. I have a lot of inner demons in me and If I diddnt surf Id jus explode. It's the only thing that calms me down a lot. And it's funny that alot of my friends always tell me that I'm such a nicer guy once I get off the water from surfing. Haha. And people always tell that I should start competing again. Make a big name for myself. I jus tell em I don't think I have the will to compete anymore. Well it's not as strong as it used to be. It's jus sometimes when you start competing. You get blinded with the things you get and you start to lose that joy feeling you get when you surf. It becomes more of a job that a passion. You expect so much from yourself and when you fail you feel like shit. I don't like that feeling. It's not why I started surfing. I surf cause I love it and enjoy being with nature and all it has to offer. The first wave I ever caught I remeber till this day. As clear as day. I went right, left, right. It was perfect. Purest moment of my life. and right there and then I was hooked. I thought to myself that this is the coolest thing in the world. And from that day on I'd surf everyday if I could. And that's how it started with that very one wave.
Food
People always ask me why I'm eating all the time. Well to start it off I love food. Who doesnt?! Haha. I love eating in different places. Trying foods from different cultures and countries. From african cuisine to Peruvian. If it looks good or interesting. Eat it. Why tease you're mind? Why make it wonder how that certain dish tastes like. Open your mind and try it out. Iv eaten from brains to eyeballs and for some reason the dishes were awesome. Jus give it a chance and don't think about it being an eyeball or whatever weird dish you decide to try out. So open your minds. Explore. Surprise your pallets Try new cuisines. Travel! Try an eyeball or 2. Hahaha. So if it looks good. Eat it.
